Hotel NORMANDY has the freedom not to receive customers whose behavior is indecent and neglected. Customers Who incorrect behavior towards staff or clients and contrary to morality and public order may be excluded from the property.
All reservations made must be confirmed by the client, who will give a guarantee of payment of their choice among the modes of payment accepted at the property (see regulations). No guarantee of payment from the customer , the reservation can not be deemed valid. The customer has the option to pay a deposit to confirm the booking.
The payment is made upon departure of the customer. Accepted forms of payment are Visa , Mastercard , Eurocard , Amex , Travellers checks . Cheques are not accepted due to too many unpaid .
If the client wants to interrupt his stay, he must inform the front desk at least 24 hours in advance. It will be refunded the balance of his stay if the payment has been made in full.
The delays on arrival or no show (no-show ) can not in any case be reimbursed and will be considered effective outlet of the room.
The customer who has booked a room in our hotel has possibility to cancel it according to the following conditions:
– Cancellation up to D-30 before arrival: no fee or penalty
– Cancellation between J -30 and J -10 before arrival: 20% of the holiday price
– Cancellation between J -10 and J- 72 hours of arrival: 50 % of the holiday price
– Cancellation between J and J – 72h : 100% of the stay
f canceled , the deposit will be refunded in respect of the establishment cancellation policy.
Tourist tax is not included in the apartment rate . It is payable on site.
According to the law it is forbidden to smoke in public places. It is forbidden to smoke in the rooms , hallways , lounges and restaurant for reasons of safety and hygiene . Failure to comply with the law will result in compensation rehabilitation room 50 € / stay. It is also strictly prohibited to use gas appliances in the stove type rooms … .
We ask that you respect the place and the decor of your room.
Hotel NORMANDY pet in his establishment. The animal’s stay is charged € 7 per day . However, it is asked to respect our customer locations, and not to leave the animal alone in the room. Our restaurant also accepts pets , provided they are leashed and remain under the supervision of their teachers .
For hygienic reasons , we ask you not to put your pet on the seats and chairs. Any damage will be charged € 100 for the rehabilitation and bactericidal disinfection.
The rules apply to all customers.
In case of non compliance with these rules of procedure , the management reserves the right to invite the customer to leave the establishment , without compensation.
